We will take your beloved piece and customize it to perfection. To get this process started, please fill out the initial inquiry form on our Home page and a Concierge Specialist will get in touch with you very soon. Once the initial inquiry form is filled out, a Glass Concierge Specialist will work with you one-on-one to clarify and understand what we need to do to make your vision become a reality. We understand each individual has a story that is meaningful to them; a story that needs to be told. Our Concierge Specialists take pride in bringing our customer’s stories and visions to life. We guarantee 100% satisfaction with the work that we do. Our Specialist will then provide you with a quote for the work requested. After your approval, we collect a deposit from you along with a signed liability & agreement waiver. We lastly provide you with instructions on sending your piece(s) in to us for customization and you’re all set!
Please note that our price quotes are very accurate; however if there is something we didn’t notice in the pictures or something happens in the heat of repair, there could be further charges. We will notify you prior to beginning repair if possible, and if it occurs during repair process we will charge for added time and/or materials. The total price and length of time for the customization process can vary greatly based off of the amount and complexity of work requested. We additionally offer several standardized options (listed on the right) for glass customization alongside our staple full spec customization services. A more specific time estimate is provided with your pricing estimate but we provide a general estimate to complete most jobs of 3 weeks from the time we receive the piece to the time we are sending the piece back to you.

We specialize on and can do our most intricate work with glass (especially clear scientific lab quality glass) but we are not limited to glass as the only medium for custom artistic expression. We can work on, but not limited to, certain types of metals and alloys as well as various ceramics.
